Sonoco Institute faculty provide a wide variety of consulting services for the printing and packaging industries and supply chain. Services can include productivity assessment, workflow and process improvement, consistent machine set-ups, printing and color fundamentals, identifying process capabilities, and color management.
The Sonoco Institute now offers specialized training programs through self-paced, interactive online course offerings. This content delivery system continues to evolve to aid companies in remote training opportunities.
For many years the printing and packaging industry has integrated Clemson University into its employee training and professional development programs. Workshops are limited to small groups of four to eight participants and provide predominantly hands-on training activities meant to build skill-sets and knowledge around a broad base of job functions in the package printing industry.
The Sonoco Institute offers industry participants a variety of educational and networking events within its Seminar Series. Seminars range from 20 to 30 attendees and offer industry attendees targeted, concentrated technical information and business development content offered by Clemson faculty and our industry network of experts.
